Data controller

Data we process

1. Enquiries: name, contact, task text, language and technical anti-spam data. 2. Chat: message text, selected language, session identifier and IP address to protect the service. 3. Company cabinet: name, work email, phone, role, company details, login, issued credentials and conversation history. 4. Technical logs: security, sign-in and cabinet activity data.

Why we process it

To answer an enquiry, maintain correspondence, create and support a client cabinet, issue access to browser programs, protect the site from misuse and meet client obligations. The legal basis depends on the situation: steps before a contract, contract performance, legitimate security interests or consent where it is required.

Site analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled. If it is later enabled in settings, data will be collected only after a separate choice in the cookie notice.

Who may process data

Data may be processed by the hosting provider, email provider, Telegram for messages and notifications, and Stripe for payments where enabled. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also processes site-use data. These providers use data only to the extent needed for the relevant function.

Retention

Enquiries and correspondence are kept as long as needed to respond, support the client, protect the service and meet legal duties. Cabinet data is kept until the account is deleted or the necessary service period ends.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object in cases provided by law and withdraw analytics consent through the 🍪 button. Use the contact below. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
