A web environment for creating, validating and collaboratively maintaining Kawasaki AS programs for robotic welding.
Kawasaki Welding Studio is for specialists who program Kawasaki industrial robots for welding tasks. It helps prepare large Kawasaki AS programs in which every weld contains repeatable motion, approach, welding and process-parameter commands. Engineers create a template, define variables and repetitions, review the generated code in a preview and insert the block at the required point in the program. KWS stores programs and templates, locks a file during collaborative editing, helps find duplicate variables and compares two AS-code versions with a flow map.
